Enviromax Drive for Efficiency and Flexibility

New 100kWAir-Handling Unit:

Enviromax are continuing to develop efficient, flexible and cost effective portable Air-Conditioning equipment and have recently brought their 100kW Air Handling Unit to the market - the ENVIROMAX 100.
This follows hot on the heels of the 10kW Climate Rental Unit the ENVIROMAX 10, which has been tremendously well received within the Rental / Contracting industries. The Enviromax 100 is an extremely compact portable Air Handling Unit , built to a very high specification but still giving a 12 to 14 week payback to the operator. Sourcing rental specification Air Handlers has always been a challenge with limited choice, but this unit gives tremendous value without compromising on features.

This unit is very well finished and manufactured with care and attention to detail, Enviromax intend for this to be their launch model with further mobile and fixed Air Handling Units to follow.

Flexible purchasing/finance options:

Another key feature of Enviromax is their flexibility in terms of supplying the equipment to the trade. They offer flexible purchase schemes to their rental company clients which fall into three defined areas:

(1)`They offer a straight purchase deal for either single or multiple purchases, (2) A trade hire to buy scheme which offers tremendous value, allowing a hire company to take advantage of an opportunity where otherwise capital expenditure may be restrictive.
(3) A rental trade re-hire scheme which allows the client to maximise short to medium term opportunities by a cross hire arrangement. This gives the hire company great flexibility to grow markets with minimal risk and a potential purchase option when the unit(s) are off hired.

Enviromax stress the point that they will not hire to the end user but are very focused on providing specialist equipment to Air-Conditioning/Climate Rental and Contracting organisations, as well as selling standard climate equipment to a variety of industries.

Maximum 52 wk earning capacity from the ENVIROMAX 10:

Since the launch of the ENVIROMAX 10 the unit has continued to develop and now offers the operator a potential 52 week utilisation period through its 10kWAir-Conditioning / Heating capacity and 180L/24hrs Dehumidifying capability.

In this respect Enviromax are certainly pushing the boundaries, allowing the same unit to fulfil three uses and applications throughout the year AIR-CONDITIONING / HEATING and DEHUMIDIFICATION.

Enviromax are launching a 20kW version of this unit later this year which they claim will fit very well, alongside the Enviromax 10 unit.

Design improvements for version 2 of the ENVIROMAX 10:

As well as the developments with respect to the units earning capability, Enviromax have completed the version 2 design changes to the Enviromax 10. These give the unit a very acceptable contemporary look for internal positioning, as well as reducing the noise level down to below 55dba at five metres. Also, the version 2 is a full blown Heat Pump unit with all controls and features to meet European requirements. This is now the Climate Specification Unit which is being offered for May 06 deliveries, subject to availability. The final version 2 change was to add an on-board controller mounted within a recessed enclosure on the side of the unit.
The remote controller for ducted applications is still available. This is certainly worthwhile and allows the operation of the unit to be carried out internally, without going outdoors to operate the unit.

This increases the efficiency of the unit allowing the internal conditions to determine the amount of cooling required, rather than, as with most other portable ducted systems, running flat out to cool ambient air regardless of what is going on inside the work area.
Now that the on-board controller is also fitted the unit is ready to operate in any situation internally or externally with or without the remote.
